All BSN business brokers carry an inventory of quality businesses for sale. By "quality businesses for sale" we refer to the fact that the business brokers have done a detailed review of the business for sale financial records and based the asking price on either cash flow or sales multipliers. BSN business brokers do not take on businesses for sale where the financial data and price can't be backed by an analysis report.

All businesses for sale through our individual business brokers are under confidentiality where the business broker will need the qualified business buyer to enter into certain confidentiality documentation before disclosure of their businesses for sale. Make sure you ask the business broker to review the financial analysis they did on the businesses for sale.
