As we write - business broker training seminars are the most common training vehicle NOT the best. These are group seminars held in select locations usually 2-3x per year where the training firm offers a group training seminar for under $1,000 to over $5,000. They try to make their financial year though numbers so you may be in a class of 10 or 100.

Business broker training seminars are an okay vehicle as long as backed by complete support methods. Bu they must be complete training and support seminars with an easy to understand pricing model. For instance - a "school" charges over $5,000 to come to them but can you find 1-on-1 training for less? An "organization" charges under $1,000 for a group seminar at a select location BUT after your travel expenses and the add-ons like support and web site are calculated you will find 1-on-1 training at or near the final fee that you would pay. If a group seminar is really your thing - get involved with a training provider who will agree to HOST a seminar in your area - they do exist.

2. Learn and network with others in the seminar

3. Don't feel isolated with a personal trainer

Negatives to Group Seminar training...

1. Not interactive and can feel lost

2. Fees are almost always higher after add-ons

3. More distractions and side-bars

4. No personal relationship with trainer
